Small steps up each day, it's very much a trend. Because I just won't stop eating. Idiot.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup w mash, Great Lakes wisconsin cheddar chips
All good, but bad for me. Chips were an impulse buy (new flavor), very good but seed oils.
Dinner: 3 CF eggs over medium hard, hash browns in olive oil, 4 strips thick cut bacon, 12 oz All Day IPA, vanilla allulose ice cream
A bit much. All good though, if not a true A+ effort on the breakfast fare.
Exercise: Nope.
