Sigh. I had good intentions. I did not live up to them. Instead I stayed up way too late for no good reason (I was watching youtube videos) and did not get enough sleep. I did not get going early like I had hoped. Instead, I started the week from behind.
Not good.
Breakfast: Coffee
Although I was a bit hungry, it was easily resisted and didn't get (or need) more than a passing thought.
Lunch: CF brisket cheddar sausages on Meijer brioche buns, PK ketchup and mustard.
Ate too much here.
Dinner: 2x mexican, 2x american tacos, 12 oz MI P1lsner, vanilla allulose ice cream, popcorn
Too much and too late on the popcorn.
Exercise: Nope.
