Feeling annoyed this evening with the processed crap in my diet. I'd be better off if I just ate real food, and not too much.
Breakfast: 2 eggs over medium, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w homemade jam, coffee
Yup.
Lunch: 12 oz Miller Lite, jala good crisps
Yup.
Dinner: Deluxe pizza, 12 oz Miller Lite
Ate way too much today. Pizza was good but not their best.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, not that much walking
