Moving Back Down

Said goodbye to more water.  All good.  And TGIF.

Not too many plans for the holiday weekend, but fixing my scale is on the list.

Breakfast:  Sausage patty, cheddar cheese, coffee


Repeat.

Lunch:  Soup


Repeat.

Dinner:  Deluxe pizza


Not a repeat.  Tasty though.  Will have a bowl of Tillamook mint chip later.

Exercise:  Walks, 15+15.  Actually completed the first walk in 13 minutes, faster than usual.  I didn't time the walk home but also felt like I was moving faster than usual.  This is good!
