Double Up

Got rid of a lot of water last night, which was welcome.  As much as I don't especially enjoy waking up at 1:30 there are times when it is totally worth it.  Don't really understand why, since I did have plenty of bread plus tortillas but okay!  Maybe it was the power of (home) tacos?

Breakfast:  Sausage patty, cheddar cheese, coffee


Was curious if I could eat this as a hand held but ended up just knife 'n forking it.

Lunch:  Soup


Standard.

Dinner:  Home tacos, same as yesterday.


Will have a dish of Tillamook mint chip shortly.  A good day - both last night and at times today I found myself hungry.  A little hunger is good.  I need to embrace it.  And since my quantities were limited I didn't overeat.

Exercise:  Walk 15 + 15.  Kinda stalled out on this number (to work after lunch and home in the evening), not sure yet how I'm going to bump it up but I need to.
