But it is. Anyway. Got about 7 hours last night, woke up momentarily but decided I didn't need to get up. Until later, when I did. Really badly.
Disappointed in my lack of focus today. Spent more than six hours at work and accomplished nothing. Nothing at all. Tomorrow needs to be better. I was tired, too. A nap might have fixed the problem but it really wasn't a viable option.
I just finished dinner and I am weirdly craving pepperoni pizza and cookies.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, peppers and onions, hash browns in avo oil, 3 strips bacon, coffee
Tasty, if not an A+ effort.
Lunch: Roast beef and cheddar sandwich, Siete chips, banana
Solid.
Dinner: 2x mexican 2x american tacos, glass of limeade.
Delightful. Will be dessert later, presumably more of the Breyers strawberry ice cream
Exercise: Walk, 15 + 10. Rainy day, though I beat it this morning.
