More Regression Bad

Sigh.  I do not think I will ever be a fan of the two phase sleeping.  I woke up even earlier this morning, at 2:45.  After about four hours.  Got a couple more hours quite a bit later in the recliner but it was poor quality sleep.  So I wasn't too keen at getting going at my planned time of 8:00 or so and once again it's late in the morning as I type this, having just finished breakfast.

Otherwise, weight creeping up a bit, but nothing too concerning.  Just eating too much and wrong.

Breakfast:  2 eggs, peppers and onions, hash browns, 3 strips Meijer bacon, coffee


Last of the bacon, finished off a package of peppers and drank my last regular coffee pod.  Guess I am going to have to order some groceries soon.  Oh, and this was a really good effort.  Delicious.

Lunch:  Ham and cheese sandwich, chips, banana, later a glass of lemonade


Solid and also easily transportable.

Dinner:   Soup (1/2 jar), mashed potatoes, sliced tomato


Oh man, that worked.  Delicious.  And I get to do it again tomorrow night.

Also:  A couple fancy ice cream sandwiches for dessert.

Exercise:  Walk, 33 minutes.  Added a loop to visit the farmer's market today and pick up a couple tomatoes.  Pushing it a bit, but I felt fine afterward, just took a few minutes to stop sweating.
