Again with the sleeping in, though it wasn't as bad as yesterday. Woke up about 6:30, got up between 9:00 and 9:30. Tomorrow is going to be "interesting". Once I get going I'm fine, but the dontwanna is strong in the mornings.
Weight was up again this morning. Definitely time to start dialing back on the eating. And more walking. I definitely have too much junk on hand, though at least I didn't buy any chips this week.
Breakfast: 1 egg scrambled w peppers and onions, leftover ribeye, parmesan toast, coffee
Cleanup on the steak and the bread. A very tasty repast. Add a strip of bacon when I baked a package for the week later.
Lunch: 5 Guys little cheeseburger all the way plus jala, little fries w ketchup. Walkers shortbread cookies
Excessive. Itch scratched.
Dinner: Brat mustard relish, sweet corn w butter, tomato, vanilla ice cream w choc sauce, lemonade
Sunday dinners. Will probably have the heel of today's loaf of bread w some butter too.
Exercise: Not really. Very active day but no dedicated walking.
