Ugh. Got too aggressive with the walk, took on a hill. Bad idea. Paid the price. Took quite a while to get my temperature regulated and to feel better.
Breakfast: Leftover pancakes w butter and maple syrup, 4 strips Meijer bacon, coffee
Good leftovers.
Lunch: Turkey and cheese sandwich on home bread w butter, Siete lime chips, banana, later a glass of lemonade
All good. Of course I ate too many chips, that's a repeat theme.
Dinner: 2x mexican 1x american tacos, add avocado.
Really, really good tonight. Left me wishing I had ordered a fourth one. Guess I was hungry as I forgot to take a photo.
Also: A big bowl of dry Honey Nut Cheerios
Exercise: Walk, 14 minutes. As mentioned, there was a hill. It didn't feel too bad during the walk, but after a bit I was quite uncomfortable. Maybe I would have felt better if my destination was home and I could have hit the recliner.
