Spent extra time in bed last night. Went to bed at 8:30, though I did not get to sleep right away. Managed to sleep until 5:30, then dozed until 8:00. Good thing I didn't have any early business today. Needed the rest and I felt pretty decent today.
Breakfast: Home bread and peanut butter
Last day for this.
Lunch: Soup, home bread w butter
Ate the heel of the loaf, it was a bit stale since I didn't bag it this week.
Dinner: Home tacos (beef, peppers and onions, mexicheese, Pace picante sauce, sour cream)
Delightful. Need to eat this more often.
Will have a bowl of Tillamook mint chip for dessert shortly.
Exercise: Walk 15 + 15. Need to ramp up but it was good to get some in.
