Bad Sleep Good Eats

A little puzzled by last night's sleep.  I got up early, had a reasonably active day and just did not wind down.  Finally got to sleep after 12:30 and was up by 4:30.  Bad call to doze in the recliner, extremely poor quality sleep after that.  Struggled for obvious reasons when I eventually got up.

Breakfast:  Pancakes w butter and maple syrup, 2 strips bacon, coffee


Pancakes froze and thawed beautifully, new brand of bacon which I really liked.

Lunch:  2 eggs scrambled, hash browns, 2 strips bacon, avocado, tomato, peppers and onions


Fat bowl.  Later had some lime Siete chips.

Dinner:   Steak, corn on the cob, tomato, ice cream w choc syrup, a glass of limeade

Forgot to take a photo.  Sunday dinner.  All tasty.

Exercise:  Not enough.  Very active day but lacking in blocks of walking.
