Pushing Back Soon

Definitely feeling it today.  A little tired, but not too bad.  Fat.  I've not gotten enough exercise the last two days, but the brutal heat and humidity have broken.  About ready to push back.

Breakfast:  Marbled cornbread scramble, potatoes, coffee


Breakfast meeting.  Excellent as always and I got a walk in to/from the restaurant.

Lunch:  2x McDouble

With the late breakfast, I was not particularly hungry at normal lunch time, so I grabbed these a bit later.

Dinner:  Soup, tortilla chips, lemonade, Tilamook mudslide ice cream, cinnamon rolls


The soup and chips worked surprisingly well.  Good thing I made a thick soup!

Exercise:  Walks 10 + 10 + a trip to the grocery store
