Ongoing Fattening

After a lousy night of sleep - two never-ending nightmares and a couple wakeups - I managed to get up at a reasonable time today and work nearly a full day.  That's a step in the right direction.  And I even got in my walking. 

Weight keeps trending up, as mentioned I'm planning on starting to dial back a bit this week.  Not full cut mode, but paying a little more attention.

Breakfast:  Home bread and butter, coffee

Only had one cup, at home.  No time at work for a second.

Lunch:  3 eggs scrambled w peppers and onions, hash browns, 2 strips bacon

Added an egg, tried to dial back the hash browns a bit.  Ratios were very good and very tasty.

Dinner:  2x mexican 2x american tacos, avocado, glass of lemonade, Tillamook mint chip ice cream

Yum.  Hit the spot.

Exercise:  Walks 15 + 20(+).
