A little better with the sleep. Woke up at 4:00, but was able to get back to sleep relatively promptly and stayed asleep until almost 8:00. I'll take it.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, scrambled w peppers and onions, 2 sausage patties, hash browns, coffee
Delicious as usual. Also ate the last of the Honey Nut Cheerios later.
Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich, a few avo oil chips
Ate at home today.
Dinner: Soup (1/2 jar), mashed potatoes, sliced tomato. Had a glass of lemonade earlier.
Excellent. Finished off the bag of potatoes, that doesn't happen all that often!
Add: For dessert -- bowl of Breyers strawberry ice cream.
Exercise: Walk, 15 minutes. Took on a smaller hill, went OK.
