Weight increasing at an unacceptable rate. It's going to be a dodgy weekend but next week is going to need some better focus. And more walking.
Breakfast: Cinnamon rolls, coffee
The Meijer cinnamon rolls were surprisingly good. And huge. And exactly the sort of thing that needs to be axed from the diet.
Breakfast 2: Parmesan toast, bacon
Cleanup of this week's loaf of bread and some of the remaining bacon. Lots of bacon left this week after I didn't do breakfast bowls due to the heat. Hopefully I'll get my A/C fixed or replaced next year.
Lunch: Chips and Rotel dip, lemonade
Ate too much, of course.
Dinner: Wendys 2x single, small fries, ice cream sandwiches
Ugh.
Exercise: Not really, just somewhat active.
