I don't know why but I just could not get going this morning. Slept in, until at least 9:30, but even then I didn't get up and get going. It was after 12:30 by the time I dragged myself in to work and that's after not taking the time to fix breakfast. Yeesh.
I have early stuff tomorrow, so I'll need to get going quicker somehow.
Also had a thoroughly predictable spike on the scale this morning after last night's blowout.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yep. No food needed.
Lunch: Roast beef and cheddar sandwich, Siete salt and vinegar chips
OK.
Dinner: Soup (1/2 jar), mashed potatoes, glass of limeade.
Those were a couple of FAT potatoes. Got a little carried away I guess. Tasty tho.
Will have some Tillamook mint chip for dessert later
Exercise: Walk 15 + 15
