Bowlful

A very slow morning.  Slept in, dawdled and I'm finally about to pack a lunch and go off to work.  I hope to get onto a more regular schedule soon.  Woke up at 4:00 and it took a while to get back to sleep.  Really starting to think that my body just does not like my mattress.

In other news I might fix my scale this weekend so it reports in pounds instead of kg, lol.

Breakfast:  2 eggs scrambled w peppers and onions, 2 strips bacon, hash browns, coffee


Absolutely nailed it.  10/10 delicious.  Even the quantities and proportions were spot on.

Lunch:  Ham and swiss sandwich, jalapeno lime Siete chips


First time for the chips and holy wow, the best flavor Siete chips of all!

Dinner:  Deluxe pizza, glass of limeade


Super super good, it was very hard to make myself stop eating it.

And will have some Tillamook mint chip later.  EDIT:  Nope, too full.

Exercise:  Walk 15 + 15.  Plus going to the grocery store later.
