Ongoing Failure of Motivation and Will

I just have not had much pep.  It's frustrating.  I did sleep more on my back last night so I had less "soreness" (for lack of a better descriptor) today which was nice, I just don't have pep.  I dragged myself out at lunch and am going to try again in a moment to get in some more walking, but .... don't wanna.

Breakfast:  Honey nut cheerios, 2% milk, decaf coffee

Tried a cup of coffee.  Didn't especially enjoy it, which is sad because I have been a coffee fan the last dozen years.

Lunch:   Pizza pep/pep/pep saus


From neighborhood slice shop.  It was decent.  Also had some avo oil salt and pepper chips.  I also drank a decent amount of lemonade today.

Dinner:  Turkey and mashed potatoes.  Ice cream sandwiches for dessert


Tasty again.

Also, thanks tryptophan, I'm ready for bed and it's 8:00 pm.

Exercise:  Walks, ~ 10 min and 20 min.  Second walk was much better, walked down to the health food store a few blocks away ... and bought chips.  LOL.  For a short bit - maybe one block - I actually felt good.  Super happy about that.
