Sigh. Woke up about 1:00. Took a little while to get back to sleep but it wasn't awful. I'm just destined to never sleep more than four or five hours in a row at home.
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled w peppers and onions, 2 sausage patties, hash browns, coffee
Delicious as usual. Actually had two cups of coffee today (sticking to a limit of one regular) and they tasted better. Had some groceries delivered this morning, so I'm stocked back up ... except on hash browns. Why are they always out of hash browns?
Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich, a few avo oil chips
Standard.
Dinner: Pizza pep mush gp, with a bowl of Breyers strawberry ice cream for dessert
Not the most photogenic but still delightful. And I have leftovers for dinner tonight.
Exercise: Walk, 17 minutes. I need to increase that this weekend.
