Very slow start this morning. Woke up around 4:30 and it took probably an hour and a half to get back to sleep. Finally "moving" by 9:00 but it is now noon and I haven't done much of anything other than get cleaned up and have breakfast. Guess it's not going to be a day of great accomplishments.
Breakfast: 2 eggs scrambled w peppers and onions, hash browns, 3 strips Meijer bacon
Big breakfast bowl. Tasty. Cleaned up an open package of hash browns.
Lunch: Ham and cheese sandwich, banana
Hey a day with no chips.
Dinner: Chipotle barbacoa bowl, glass of lemonade
Unexpected treat. Earlier than I really needed to eat but I devoured it.
And for dessert, 2 of the organic fancy ice cream sandwiches. It was a good food day.
Exercise: Walk, 17 min plus 15 min. Much easier today without the hill.
