A Little More Rested

Okay, a little more sleep.  Woke up for a few minutes about 4:30 but it wasn't too bad getting back to sleep.  Up a bit before 8:00 but didn't do a thing until 9:30.  Not much pep.

Pretty stable on the weight front.  Eating too much and not getting in enough walking, but no major gains.

Breakfast:  2 eggs scrambled w pep onion, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, coffee


The coffee is finally starting to taste good again.  My sense of smell is still impacted though and tap water tastes odd.

Lunch:  Roast beef and cheddar sandwich, Siete avo oil salt and vinegar chips, banana


Might be time to dial back.  New chips, were pretty tasty, though the vinegar was a little muted.

Dinner:  Domino's bklyn extravaganzza, glass of limeade, walmart sour cream donut holes


Darned 50% off deal got me.  I need to stay away, there was a jug of some nasty seed oil sitting on the counter when I walked in.  

Exercise:  Walks, 15 + 15 + 20
