Definitely a bigger jump than I expected this morning, though I should not be surprised after reviewing yesterday. Too much food, too much junk, not nearly enough activity. Do better.
Breakfast: Buttermilk pancakes w butter and maple syrup, sausage patties, coffee
Once again fantastic. And caloriffic.
Lunch: Subway meatball sub
Excessive. Very.
Dinner: NY Strip, chips, a bowl of Tillamook mint chip ice cream
Couldn't and didn't eat the whole steak.
Exercise: Not really. Again was active but not counting. I considered doing a walk event this morning but between the heat and the distance decided against it.
