Puffed But Not Bad

Expected a gain, got a gain.  Not too terrible, though.  Maybe I should stick with kg, it doesn't look as rough.  I do need to fix my weekend eating.  Also on the plus side I got my best blood pressure reading in a while this morning.

Anyway, I was reasonably pleased with my sleep, woke up about 6:00 and while I didn't feel refreshed I did feel relatively rested which is above average.  A little annoyed at myself that I didn't go out to walk yesterday, but is what it is.  Need to try and do something today.

Breakfast:  Buttermilk pancakes w butter and maple syrup, sausage, coffee

Made a batch to use up a carton of buttermilk.

Lunch:  Spicy beans with shredded mexicheese, tortilla chips, some potato chips

Tasty.  Need to lose the seed oils though.

Also:  TB 2x beefy crunch burrito, root beer - later

Dinner:  BLT, sweet corn w butter, tomato slices, blueberry pie and ice cream

Sunday dinners.

Exercise:  Not really.  Active but not counting.
