Just nothing good on the food and exercise front today. I need to make some changes.
Breakfast: Sausage patty, cheddar cheese, coffee
Good start. Except donuts were delivered to work so I also had donuts.
Lunch: TB 2x beefy crunch burrito, 1x chx enchilada burrito
Planned lunch did not happen due to time issues.
Dinner: Ham salami cheese sub, garlic cheese bread w pizza sauce, Tillamook mint chip ice cream
Well at least they were out of rice krispie treats.
Exercise: No. Is problem.
