Off to an early start. I woke up a little before 3:30 and didn't get back to sleep. Pushed myself out the door about 5:30 and got in a satisfactory walk. Going to make some soaked oatmeal and hopefully get to work on time for once. I move so slow. I will say that I was disappointed that nobody was frying bacon this morning, there are two restaurants along the route that could have been.
I believe the flow of liquid has finally abated. Not nearly as many trips late yesterday to get rid of it. Which is okay, I guess, though I have plenty more that could still go. We'll see if I can slice the carbs a bit. Eventually.
Breakfast: Soaked oatmeal with butter and maple syrup, coffee
Fresh batch. Was going to try lemon juice as my acid but I liked the ACV version enough to do that again.
Lunch: Leftover enchilada eggs, lazy bagels w very veggie cream cheese
So nice, I ate it twice. And, uh, will again tomorrow.
Dinner: Home tacos, gin and Q light tonic, SF vanilla pudding
Pretty similar to yesterday. Different kind of tortillas, though, I found a package from a local company, I think it's the one the mexican place down the street uses. Anyway, they're good.
Exercise: Walk, 39 minutes. Pedometer app said 2.4 miles, but I think I've clocked it at 1.8 previously using an actual pedometer. That would also be more consistent with my pace, which was much better than it was on Saturday. Anyway, it was a little over 5,000 steps, so that's a good thing. I worked up a bit of a sweat and took on a couple hills, including the one that was too much at first during this recovery.
