Massive Influx

Huh.  I was thirsty last night so I drank quite a bit of water.  Was expecting the scale to be up - bad eating despite a good day for exercise.  I did not, however, expect that much.  Yow.  Might be getting rid of a lot of liquid the next few days.

Anyway, I was way too late getting to bed and paid for it this morning.  Starting to think I need to allow a 9 plus hour window for sleep, which will be challenging.  But since I need to make a bunch of changes anyway I'll add that to the list.

Breakfast:  Pancakes w butter and maple syrup, sausage patties, coffee


Super tasty, super easy, not good for me.

Lunch:  Spicy beans w mexicheese, tortilla chips, guacamole


Went with low salt chips, which were fine with beans and guac but brutal on their own.

Later, Jersey Mikes #56.  Tasty.

Dinner:  Ham and cheese on rye, homemade potato salad, corn w butter, brownie w vanilla ice cream


Sunday dinner.

Exercise:  Not really.  Active but nothing dedicated.
