Didn't take as much of a hit on the scale as I expected after last night's debacle. I certainly earned one. So I was glad about that. It hasn't helped me control my appetite today, which is again raging, but that's another problem.
Speaking of problems, it's a rainy day and humid and walking isn't looking like much fun. Not sure what I am going to do about that, but I've been slacking big time.
Breakfast: Sausage patty, swiss cheese, coffee
Had an open package of swiss. Cheddar is much better.
Lunch: Wendy's double, double stack, fries
Sigh. I need to STOP with the fast food. Completely.
Dinner: Subway meatball, bowl of Tillamook mint chip
Again with the hunger. TOO MUCH EATING.
Exercise: Nope. Mega FAIL.
