Tomorrow Will Be Not Good

Yeah, today has been a debacle.

Breakfast:  2 eggs over medium, 3 bacon, hash browns, raisin toast w homemade jam, coffee


Standard pre-golf breakfast out, except golf was canceled before I finished eating it.  A rainy rainy dreary day which meant I did a lot of other stuff.

Lunch:  Chipotle barbacoa bowl, a bit later a CFA spicy and diet lemonade


I dunno, I like chipotle.

Dinner:  BK single southwest bacon whopper, chicken nuggets, 12 oz All Day IPA, pretzel crisps w Founders beer cheese dip.

Fat.   And ate late too, which is not good.

Exercise:  Nope.  As mentioned, golf was canceled.  Super busy doing stuff all day but only so much movement.
