Okay, let's see how long it takes to reverse the damage. Slow start but it's a start. Bad leg was less swollen today and I got rid of a little extra water but there is still plenty that could leave.
I hadn't notice that last week was rather bad too, so this gain played out over a little longer time span than I had been thinking. It was still quick and the causes seem rather obvious, but still, don't just trust your memory.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. Three cups and could easily have had more. Yeesh. Tired despite 7.5 hours.
Lunch: Ham and cheddar sandwich, soup, chips and onion dip
All sorts of cleanup. Last of the wild rice and ham soup, which froze just fine. Last of the package of ham, even the addition of mustard and dill pickle couldn't save another bland mediocre sandwich. Last of the chips and dip. Gone.
Dinner: Taco salad, 12 oz Miller Lite, Nicks mint chip
Changed it up a bit.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, light extra walking
