Really starting to think that snoring is very much tied to when I eat dinner. Possibly also to what I eat and how much. But definitely tied to when.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Sandwich (no ham this time), Kettle salt and vinegar chips, mixed nuts
Again no phone so no pic at lunch.
Dinner: Lots of egg dish, Nicks mint chip
It was fine.
Exercise: Nope.
