Phew, made it through the week. TGIS. Busy day today, but not work-related. Survived a bad day of eating and hopefully I'll survive today's chips and onion dip.
Breakfast: Standard pre-golf breakfast out
Once again.
Lunch: Chips and onion dip, 12 oz Miller Lite
Yup. WAY too many chips. No control.
Dinner: Soup, grilled cheese, Nicks mint chip
Since I didn't eat it yesterday...
Exercise: 18 holes w cart, modest extra walking.
