I could use a lot of extra sleep. Because I made the choice last night to stay up and see the festival fireworks, I was rather sleepy this morning. Took an extra hour to get a little more rest. We'll see how badly that screws things up tonight and for tomorrow morning.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels with whipped cream cheese, coffee
Yup. Easy and enjoyable.
Lunch: Qdoba chicken bowl, Meijer chili cheese corn chips
Okay. Also: Buy fewer chips dumbass.
Dinner: Sirloin steak, salad no dressing, garlic toast, chips, ice cream w choc sauce, also Wendy's double stack and med choc frosty
ALL the eats.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, not all that much extra walking today.
