Yeah, not sure I get it. I got rid of some extra water but not that much. I ate about six thousand calories yesterday. System didn't get rid of much. And the scale was still down. No complaints of course and I'm still about five up from my low, but down is down and sometimes down is a surprise.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. Easy three cup morning.
Lunch: Leftover sausage strata, handful of mixed nuts
Another absurdly large portion.
Dinner: Taco salad, 12 oz Miller Lite, Nicks mint chip
The best of nicks. And a solid salad tonight too.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, average walking
