Nice to start off the month with another new low, especially after eating a lot yesterday. It was an exertion-filled weekend and I'm sure that helped. July wasn't some massive success but even five or six pounds is a win.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Sandwich, chips and onion dip
Repeat. Left my phone at work so no photo.
Dinner: 2x mexican taco, 2x american taco, 12 oz Coors Light. Mixed nuts. Nick's strawberry
Not quite as fat as last week's tacos but very tasty.
Exercise: Nope. Much needed rest day.
