Whew. Another hot day, though it wasn't quite as brutal as yesterday. Close though.
Pleased to see another tiny drop, despite another day of poor eating. Lots of exercise helps with that I guess. Anyway, do better.
Breakfast: 2 eggs, hash browns, 3 strips bacon, raisin toast w homemade jam, coffee
Standard pre-golf breakfast out. Not their finest effort.
Lunch: Redskin peanuts, chips and onion dip
Snacks. I bought WAY too many chip-type things this week. Oops.
Dinner: Lentils w extra sausage, 12 oz All Day IPA, Nicks mint chip
Sounded good, was good. Working on cleaning out some stuff from the freezer.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, moderate extra walking
