The last few days I've woken up and had the same negative thought about what the scale would look like, only to be proven wrong. No idea why, other than the crap I keep eating.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Sandwich, chips and onion dip
Same deal as yesterday, didn't bring the phone home with me so no photo. Too many chips.
Dinner: Chef salad w ranch, 12 oz Miller Lite, Nicks mint chip
Yup.
Exercise: 9 holes w cart, no extra walking.
