Finally a spike on the scale. With all the awful eating lately I've been waiting for it and it finally came this morning. Boo. Lots of retained fluid to get rid of, so it may or may not last.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Ham and cheddar sandwich on a buttered brioche bun, chips and onion dip
Again no phone no photo.
Dinner: 2 mexican 2 american tacos, 12 oz Coors Light, some more chips, Nicks cherry chip
Need to just not buy chips next week. The tacos were not super fat but they were excellent.
Exercise: Nope. Rest day. Now if only I were rested.
