Whew, survived the week. Barely. It was good to duck out this afternoon for some golf, though it was quite warm and humid. Most I've sweated in a while, though it was almost entirely head. Hard to keep it out of my eyes. Drank four bottles of water and a SF gatorade, then had a beer and another pint of water after.
Had a very unexpected drop on the scale this morning and another new low. Yay. Expecting to bloat up a bit as the big local festival concludes this weekend and I bought too much crap at the store tonight.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Qdoba chicken bowl, Fry Daddy's jalapeno ranch mix

LOL Qdoba. Sign on the door - we're out of rice. They were no longer out of rice. But their drink machine was out of order so I couldn't have an ice water with my bowl. No big deal.
Dinner: Mac bowl w brisket, 16 oz Mich Ultra, Nicks triple choc
Something different for dinner. It was OK.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, quite a bit of extra walking
