I could do without the cramps. My legs are just so tight that it does not seem to take much. At least last night they could be relieved pretty quickly just by standing up ... I just had to do that too many times. Which did not make for a particularly restful night and that's after I was more than an hour late getting to sleep due to last night's event. Sigh. I'm going to be short on sleep tonight too. May need a nap.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels with whipped cream cheese, coffee
Cleaned up a yogurt. Also threw away quite a bit of stuff when I cleaned out the fridge. Oops. Definitely been eating out too much.
Lunch: Chipotle barbacoa bowl, chips and onion dip
Dinner: American goulash, salad no dressing, a little garlic toast, 12 oz Miller Lite, cookie w vanilla ice cream
Sunday dinners.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, lots of extra walking. Really tired myself out.
