Not worried or even annoyed, just puffed. I knew it was coming, was super dehydrated last night and drank a ton of liquid. And my body did not let go of it. (Thanks pizza!). Oh well. The consequences of eating too much and the wrong stuff.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels with whipped plain cream cheese, coffee
Yup. Probably even puffier now.
Lunch: Sausage strata, chips and onion dip
I ran short on time, really could have used another 10 minutes in the oven. Oh well.
Dinner: Home cheeseburger, chips, salad no dressing, ice cream w choc sauce
Sunday dinners man.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, quite a bit of extra walking.
