I forgot to weigh in this morning. Which is no big deal, but it's always surprising when I forget. I was just very off this morning - tired, so I slept an extra hour and then snoozed a couple times. Still took a while (including a hot shower and a bunch of coffee) to feel right. Ish. Definitely not 100% at any point today.
Breakfast: Lazy bagels with whipped cream cheese, coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Lentils with extra sauage, pretzel chips with Founders beer cheese dip
Cleanup. I cleaned out the freezer to make room for the double batch of soup I made this morning. I think I might have one jar of lentils left.
Dinner: Steak, chips, salad no dressing, rolls w butter, ice cream w choc sauce, little bag of fritos and pretzel chips
Craving salt.
Exercise: 18 holes with cart, modest extra walking. Not up to my usual standard.
