I had already planned to eat exactly the same thing today as I did yesterday, since I had half of many ingredients left over, but I have to say it was VERY easy to be inspired to do it again when I saw another sizable drop on the scale this morning. How? I have NO idea. Cleared the system but that wouldn't do it. Was still notably non-bloated, which was nice. But I have no idea. I once again ate a LOT of food yesterday. A half pound of beef, lots of cheese. Bread and bun and beer.
I'm stumped but at least it's a happy stumped.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. I did have an extra cup of decaf this afternoon so I guess that's different.
Lunch: Soup and grilled cheese
Exquisite.
Dinner: Burger, same as yesterday. Tomato. 12 oz Coors Light. Nicks strawberry
Yum. So very tasty. If I can eat that and lose weight I'm in.
Exercise: Nope. Back to golf tomorrow I hope.
