It always (pretty much) could be worse. After a zillion bad calories yesterday I was puffy but not as bad as feared. We'll see if I can whip myself into shape and get rid of it.
Otherwise, it's a Monday.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Leftover sausage strata, a handful of mixed nuts
Divided into portions that are WAY too large.
Dinner: 2x mexican 2x american tacos, 12 oz Coors Light, a few mixed nuts, Nicks cherry chip
Ate ridiculous amounts today,
Exercise: Nope. Rest day. I would have liked to have had a pedometer on yesterday, I definitely got in some extra walking. I could have done without the resulting overnight foot/leg cramps but oh well.
