Catching up. Had to leave to go back to work the moment I finished eating lunch, got a call to return. So between that and golf no time for posting.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup. I think three cups is going to be the new default.
Lunch: Pollo asado bowl
Forgot that I had this and not soup and sandwich. Ingredients were the same as the weekend, the chicken and rice froze just fine which is good to know.
Dinner: Taco salad, 12 oz Miller Lite, Nicks mint chip
Also fairly standard. I wish they would consistently use diced tomatoes and not grape tomatoes. And I should ask for no onion.
Exercise: 9 holes with cart, average walking
