LOL. Scales are stupid. I ate pizza last night. Chain pizza. And Jimmy Johns for lunch. And ... still. The scale was my friend this morning. I did clear some stuff out of the system but was it really that much?
Weird night. Went to sleep early, sometime around 9:30. Woke up at 2:00 and was quite alert after I did my business. Stayed up until 3:15 then was able to go back to bed. Snoozed a couple times after the alarm went off at 5:00. I was more awake at 2:00, but it wasn't bad. Certainly needed all of the sleep.
Fine. I'll take it. Gladly.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup and grilled cheese
New batch of soup turned out very good. Extra big bowl as I had a little oddball quantity and ate that up in addition to my usual jar. The grilled cheese was delightful, much better than the other sandwiches I have had with the same ingredients (except no ham this time).
Dinner: A few mixed nuts, 12 oz All Day IPA, ~ 8 oz of burger patties, mashed potatoes TCD style, Nicks triple chocolate
Pleased with how the burgers turned out, just basic in the oven slider style (but a little too thick to be true sliders). Potatoes were from the freezer (thawed in fridge overnight) and reheated just fine. A simple, tasty meal which will be repeated tomorrow night due to leftovers.
Now that I write that all up no wonder that I'm pleasantly sated.
