Sometimes things just make no ^&*ing sense. Which is not necessarily a bad thing, it's just confusing. I say that as I had a sizable drop on the scale this morning. Despite eating a zillion calories - seriously, lunch included like 2/3lb of sausage, plus cheese and eggs and bread and milk. I had nuts. It was decidedly not a low calorie day and it wasn't really super low carb either though I guess it was not terrible in that regard. Still, no reason there should be a big drop and yet there was.
Still a little above the low, but it's back near the low end of the range. I like that. I have some vague hope of dropping a little more before my late September vacation, but we will see.
Breakfast: Coffee.
Yup.
Lunch: Soup and grilled cheese
Really an excellent batch of soup and adding cheese to the toast has been delightful as well. A+.
Dinner: Thiccburger (beef, american cheese, bacon, avo mayo, lettuce, tomato, onion, mustard, guac on a pretzel bun), sliced tomato, Nicks strawberry
Very tasty. And I'll do it again tomorrow night most likely.
Exercise: Nope.
