So not really the worst, there are many things worse. Many. But that doesn't mean that I wasn't annoyed af when I weighed in this morning. It wasn't a surprise, the binging is real. And I was visibly bloated. It was bad. I expected a bad number and what I got was a lot worse. So ... yeesh. I would like to lose some pounds before vacation in late September but given what I've put on this month I've got further to go. Need to buckle down.
I was also annoyed to be very (predictably) tired this morning. Slept in an hour (go figure, I slept in about that much yesterday) and was accordingly an hour later than I wanted to get to work. Grr.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Wild rice soup, ham and cheddar on buttered italian bread
Cleaning soup out of the freezer, wasn't sure if would be good but it was fine. Sandwich was very mediocre, the store bread is blah despite being not a mass-produced variety. Also cleaning out the fridge as I'm working on last week's sandwich stuff. Will finish it tomorow.
Dinner: 2x mexican 2x american tacos, 12 oz Coors Light, chips and onion dip, Nicks cherry chip
Didn't eat the chips as planned this weekend, so I broke into them tonight. Doh. Oh well, I'll finish them off in the next day or two and they'll be gone. Just need to not buy more.
Exercise: Nope. At least the knee issue from last night appears to be OK. Was a little iffy yet this morning but I'm moving around fine by lunch.
