Well, the good news is that I got a decent amount of sleep. Still woke up for a while in the middle of the night but I did end up going back to bed instead of only snoozing in the recliner. Had a hard time getting going and a moderately unpleasant mucus status but I made it. And work has been fine so far. Not super productive, but fine.
Breakfast: Homemade bread w butter, coffee
Again with the breakfast. At least this is an improvement over drive through in some respects. As with most things, I'll worry about it when I feel better.
Lunch: Soup, bread w butter, swiss cheese
Standard.
Dinner: Home chili, 12 oz All Day IPA, mixed nuts, SF butterscotch pudding
Thought about deluxing up the chili but opted to see how I liked it plain. Answer: Just fine, thanks. Not the greatest I've ever had but it was nice and easy to make and tastes good.
Exercise: Nope, not yet. Also of note, it was bonechillingly cold out there when I went to work. Yuck.
