Only Slight Improvement

At least there was that, slight improvement.  It still wasn't a great day yesterday but it was closer.

Breakfast:  Coffee

Yup.

Lunch:  Soup and grilled cheese


Yup.  Helps to not have stuff in the house.  No chips, nothing snackable to supplement lunch.  I just have to hope that satiety kicks in here.  I did have extra soup.

Dinner:  LC pep pizza, crazy bread and sauce

Exercise:  Nope.
