Yeah, not exactly cruising into the holidays here. Bad eating, no exercise, way too much work stress. A toxic combination. I'm still occasionally able to do things, but I'm not at all consistent.
Lots of cooking to do tomorrow, we'll see how that goes.
Breakfast: Coffee
Yup.
Lunch: Soup, grilled cheese, Triscuits
Again.
Dinner: Lentil pasta w leftover lasagna sauce and parm, 12 oz All Day IPA, chips and onion dip, windmill cookies
Way too effing much eating.
Exercise: Nope.
